The seafront of Platja d'Aro, in the heart of the Costa Brava, is a dreamlike area of endless beaches and small coves to be discovered. Lovers of nature and open spaces can find a large beach like the Main Beach, in an urban setting, to small corners like Cala dels Canyers where the water and the trees practically touch leaving a narrow strip of sand for only the most privileged swimmers.
